Prolific Programmer on the Internets!

I just saw the news of the shooting in Oakland near Macarthur BART. One of my closest friends lives across the way from this station. It would be really nice if there were links to a Google Map for addresses, wikipedia links, links to sources.

A potential client-side solution to this is Hyperwords, who refuse to get back to me about my application for employment.

Local news should be presented in this way serverside, though. That would be cool.

If I'm reading this properly, creating a mobile version of this blog should be no more than prefixing the URL with http://mowser.com/web. Hmm... It seems to generate a Squid error. Say Russ, I would love to help you sort this when I return on December 7. Just leave a comment here.

Those who've been following me on twitter know that I asked Loic for an invite to Seesmic, his new company. I don't know what he's using, but the UI is rather slick! I'd love to know what's under the hood, Loic? Maybe we can do dinner sometime and you can give me a quick outline? Alors, a bientot!
